Hilary Gladwell

EXPERIENCE
Originally a client of Nisus, Hilary became a Nisus associate in 2003 and in 2016 took on a new role within Nisus as Research and Client Relationship Manager. At the end of 2018 Hilary took a step back from full-time work but continues to be involved as a research interviewer.

Hilary has 21 years’ experience of senior marketing and business development in professional services, including in-house roles and consulting projects.
PAST EMPLOYMENT
In previous roles, Hilary has worked at board level in Top 100 law firms and in accountancy firms; this includes positions at KPMG, Royds Withy King, RSM, Burges Salmon and Clarke Wilmott. She worked as a freelance marketing and business development consultant for 12 years, working with senior management teams to implement strategic programmes.

Between 2006 and 2014 Hilary was Regional Director for the South West with PM Forum.
EDUCATION
Hilary studied Politics and Modern History at Manchester University and later went on to complete her Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Postgraduate Professional Diploma. She is a chartered marketer and a CIM Fellow.
PERSONAL
Outside work Hilary is a keen choral singer, sometime flautist and fair-weather trekker.
